BARN CONVERSION OLD HUTTON ↑
Our clients wanted a contemporary bathroom to replace the tired traditional one that was installed when they bought the property.
We worked with their ideas and concepts to produce this stunning bathroom.
Just a few highlight points:
Bespoke floor to ceiling shower glass
Feature shower wall in 3 tile formats
Wetroom shower
MR & MRS C FROM WALNEY ↑
Mr & Mrs C from Walney wanted a hotel style bathroom for their en-suite.
This was originally one large bathroom made into two smaller rooms.
The en-suite was to mainly be Mr C’s bathroom, so fully tiled, shaving mirror, mirror cabinet with shaver socket inside.
The client added their own lights as Mrs C wanted very specific styles.
It was lovely to work with a client who had very detailed ideas of what she wanted to create.
And what a vision that was, this bathroom is beautiful and functional.
MR & MRS R FROM ULVERSTON ↑
Mr & Mrs R from Ulverston wanted to modernise their main bathroom, used mostly by Mr R. Although the sanitary ware needed updating, the overall style of the bathroom was in keeping with the style of the property. So we opted to keep the wood panelling, update the tiles and modernise the fittings in keeping with the house, with a twist of modern luxury.
MR & MRS H NEWBY BRIDGE↑
Mr & Mrs H, Newby Bridge new build, main family bathroom. Wood panelling was a key feature in the property throughout and the brushed brass fittings and metallic finish vanity unit complimented the richness of the colour. It was a stunning contrast to the blue-green slate effect porcelain tiles, which also featured heavily in and around the property.
MR N DALTON IN FURNESS ↑
Mr N, Dalton-in-Furness had newly bought a property and needed to update the compact bathroom for himself. Not only was there a large window, but under the vanity was the staircase. The layout may not have changed much, however, there is now a modern bathroom, with a shower over a bath, with a separate overflow filler, mirror cabinet with shaver socket, plus vanity storage and a little extra shelf space.
MILL FARM SPORTS VILLAGE↑
One of our largest contracts to date supplying AFC Fylde, Bradley’s Bar and Mill Farm Hotel.

In wall hidden storage sourced from the Netherlands

MR & MRS G↑
A stunning detached property on the edge of Ullswater, primarily used as a high end holiday rental. This client wanted individual rooms to all be different, and it had lots of character and shapes, making for interesting bathrooms.
We created a multitude of bath shower combinations to fit the bedroom specification and had a thoroughly wonderful time exploring options with our client.
MR & MRS F↑
A fabulous project to modernise all the bathrooms in this property, a large ensuite, a guest ensuite and a family bathroom (which was also for Maisie the dog). The client wanted simple elegance and liked tile so much, they wanted to use it in all three bathrooms, each having a different shape and layout.
They had lots of wood in the property and the oak washstands bridged the gap of modern with traditional to suit this property perfectly.
