We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Shaun and his team, especially Charlotte, for their advice and amazing help with our beautiful bathroom. The customer service and attention to detail we have received has been absolutely top notch (a lesson that many other companies would benefit from). We would recommend them (and have done) to anyone looking for a beautiful bathroom. Their products and the choice available are excellent and they have the most fabulous range of tiles. 12 out of 10 all round!!

Wow for the service, wow for the products this team are amazing, why would you go anywhere else. Nothing was too much trouble for Kerrie, Shaun and Charlotte I changed my mind so many times but they were so patient and helpful always offering advice and making great suggestions. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been very well looked after by Shaun and Kerrie on the projects they’ve done for us. They’ve done a great job within our budget and were very patient whilst we took time to decide on which of their large selection of tiles to choose from. We also needed some flexibility to work with items we had already purchased and that was easily accommodated. We used another local company for a previous bathroom project but Shaun and Kerrie’s product and customer service are the best we’ve experienced. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We agree with all the 5-star reviews and comments that have already been made. Shaun has a great team working for him and they deliver a high-quality service with great attention to detail. We were won over as soon as we went round their showroom and immediately picked on the range we wanted for our bathroom and ensuite. CAD drawings were quickly refined and a trip to the showroom helped with finalising the tiles and accessories. The finished product exceeds our expectations, and we still cannot believe how much it has transformed our house. We have no hesitation on recommending Alexander & Sancto.

Shaun & Kerrie provided an excellent service for us – they designed the layout of bathrooms on a renovation project we undertook and helped advise on tiling colours, patterns & budgets to match. They were prompt in coming out to visit as and when contractors required help & they went out of their way to ensure deliveries were on time. They have a great selection of stock & were extremely patient whilst going through samples to ensure we ended up with the look we required. Thanks for all your help!

Can’t fault the service and expertise, from the moment I walked into the showroom until my bathroom was fitted it has been excellent. Great company/people to work with, nothing is too much trouble. Never thought I could have such a lovely bathroom in the limited space I have but was assured from the start it was possible and am so happy with the outcome. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

Kerrie and Shaun looked after us so well. I’m so pleased we took the time to get experts to look at our bath and shower plans and helped us with the choices. You spend so much time in these rooms and once you’ve put them in they stay for years. We chose special designs that we really wanted rather than just made do because we knew we’d be looking at them for a long time. They really are a feature of the house now rather than just a functional space. Nothing was too much trouble to give us exactly what we were after and we have been so well looked after since. Anytime our families need a new bathroom we always recommend Alexander and Sancto.
